Grad student Vivien Zhou & Prof. Mike Shapiro had 2 papers accepted to the 2016 International Communication Association: "How Movie Characters Eating Influences Viewer's Eating: Effects of Unconscious Goal Contagion and Satiation" and "Impacts of a Character's Morality on Audience Perspective Taking and Audience Explanations for Character Behavior."

Grad student Tae Kyoung Lee and Prof. Mike Shapiro are presenting their paper, "The Influence in News Stories of Criminal Intentionality and Criminal and Victim Affective Dispositions on Support for Policy about Alcohol Crimes" at the International Communication Association Conference in Fukuoka, Japan.
