Venture Capital Associate, Time Warner Investments
Marc is currently a venture investor at Time Warner Investments, where he makes early-stage investments in media and technology start-ups, with a focus on generating strategic value for Time Warner’s operating divisions (Warner Bros., HBO, and Turner). Prior to Time Warner, Marc spent three years at BuzzFeed, the global news and entertainment company, where he focused on finance, strategy, and international growth.
At Cornell, Marc was an undergraduate researcher in the Department of Communication and served as a Teaching Assistant for COMM 2450: Communication and Technology. Since graduation, he has worked as a Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador in New York City and has come back to campus as a guest lecturer for several Communication courses.
Marc graduated from Cornell in 2012 with a double major in Communication and Applied Economics & Management. He currently lives in New York City, is a big New York Mets fan, and is an avid (but admittedly slow) distance runner, having completed the 2014, 2015, and 2016 NYC Marathons.
