Digital governance: policies enacted and enforced by governments, tech platforms, volunteers, and algorithms, focusing on the nature of this power and the effects of policies that govern conflict, harassment, information in democracies, social justice, and human rights; behavior change in groups and networks shaped by algorithms; pervasive experimentation in society: methods, ethics, and accountability, with a special focus on citizen behavioral science and behavioral consumer protection.
